REFUNDS & RETURNS

Refunds for returns are only permitted only for full price items. All sale or promotional items are considered final sale and will not be eligible for refunds and/or returns under any and all circumstances. You may return full price items within 14 days from the date of delivery for a full refund, on the condition that the item is unused, in the same condition that it was received, and in the original packaging with tags still attached. Your item must be received back in our hands within an additional 14 days in order to be eligible for a refund. We reserve the right to refuse a return that does not comply with the above conditions. Please note, you are responsible for return shipping costs associated with returning any item. Furthermore, any and all customs and duties costs (if any), as well as the cost of the original shipment, will not be refunded. Additionally, should the return be rejected, you are responsible for any costs incurred to ship the goods back to you. Final determination on returns will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the return.
